Halloween 2006! Emerson was a 50's girl and Sadie was a fairie! Campbell was supposed to be a fireman but he hated the costume. He cried and cried when I made him try it on. I told him if you don't wear it, you don't get any candy. He came back about a minute later and said, "mommy, no nini!" (which is what he calls candy!) So, I thought if he was willing to give up the candy then maybe he didn't have to wear it. I think he may have been scared of the coat! In the end, he was Superman again! We went to the Gateway carnival which was fun but very cold and we realized after the whole night that they just wanted candy-no bounce houses, games, etc. I think next year we will stick with going around our neighborhood!
