Halloween 2006! Emerson was a 50's girl and Sadie was a fairie! Campbell was supposed to be a fireman but he hated the costume. He cried and cried when I made him try it on. I told him if you don't wear it, you don't get any candy. He came back about a minute later and said, "mommy, no nini!" (which is what he calls candy!) So, I thought if he was willing to give up the candy then maybe he didn't have to wear it. I think he may have been scared of the coat! In the end, he was Superman again! We went to the Gateway carnival which was fun but very cold and we realized after the whole night that they just wanted candy-no bounce houses, games, etc. I think next year we will stick with going around our neighborhood! Live and learn!

The carnival looked fun to me! I can't believe Campbell gave up the candy...must have really hated the fireman costume:)

I am so excited to watch all the kids interact over Thanksgiving. Can't wait to hang out for a while.

They are so cute and I love their names!! We have been is Scotts for 8.5 years. Crazy! We spent the first of our marriage in Dallas and then came out here. We love it here, but dream of settling back in Texas someday. We want our girls at ACU and we don't want to be miles and miles away! Mandy

That looks like so much fun! Cute costumes. We'll have to get all our fairies together.

Great pictures, Ashlee! I thought something must have happened after I saw the Superman costume. He's looks pretty happy with that one. Would you believe I didn't even get a picture? Maybe I'll try to download some video, which was all I could pull off. It's not great, at that.

Campbell is a Superman natural. I'm glad he got to be that again.

We love catching up on what we miss. Thanks.
